The 59ers
59ers is a group of seniors that gather the first Tuesday of every month at 12:00 for a pot luck lunch – members who are celebrating their birthday bring a dessert!
Conversations, Chicken-Foot and Schaftkopf (Sheepshead) is enjoyed. We are usually honored by the presence of our Pastor. This is a relaxed group and we invite anyone who enjoys fellowship to join us.
Who are the 59’ers???
Are you 59 or over, and looking for an afternoon, once a month, for some fun, fellowship, food and games? Then YOU should attend the “59’ers” group that meets the first Tuesday of each month, at noon, in the church fellowship hall.
The afternoon begins deliciously with a potluck lunch - (participants bring a dish or goody to share), and follows with cards, or dominos (usually - chicken foot). With this combination, there is no shortage of laughter, fun and fellowship to fill the afternoon.
There are NO dues, committee meetings, or vying for office!
